The B12 cocktail card is rooted in Japanese aesthetics, which have shaped every direction in life and art in their own way. Overall, the menu contains 5 sections which refer to the fundamental principles of aesthetics: Makoto, Mono no aware, Yugen, Satori, Wabi-sabi.
Wine
The restaurant's wine list is divided into two chapters. One is a saké menu, where the most interesting and unusual varieties of the famous Japanese beverage are collected. The other is filled with the best rieslings, gewürz of the Old and New World, as well as other wines that perfectly match the sharpness and balance of Asian cuisine.
